These terms are the agreement between you and Build With AI when you buy and use the course. By enrolling, you agree to them. We’ve kept them clear and fair.

1. Agreement
Build With AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides the Course at startbuildwithai.com. By purchasing or accessing the course (the “Course”), you (“you”) agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t purchase or use the Course.
2. What you’re buying
The Course is a digital educational product: written modules, prompts, templates, and related materials that teach how to build online businesses using AI tools. It includes lifetime access to the current materials and future updates we make to them, delivered through our online student portal. The Course is provided for your personal learning.
3. Access & your account
- Access is tied to the email address you used at checkout. You sign in with a one-time link sent to that address.
- Your access is personal and for you alone. Don’t share your login, forward login links, or give others access.
- “Lifetime” means for as long as we operate the Course. We’ll give reasonable notice if we ever have to discontinue it.
- You’re responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.
4. Payment
The Course is a one-time payment of $149 USD (unless a different price or discount is shown at checkout), processed securely by Stripe. Applicable taxes may be added. By paying, you authorize the charge and confirm the payment method is yours.
5. Refund policy
All sales are final. The Course is digital content that is unlocked and delivered to you immediately after purchase, so we do not offer refunds. Please review the curriculum, the tools, and the examples on our site — and email hello@startbuildwithai.com with any questions — before you buy, so you are confident it is right for you.
Digital content notice. The Course is digital content delivered to you immediately after purchase. By enrolling and accessing the materials, you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose any statutory "cooling-off" or withdrawal right that would otherwise apply once access has begun (this matters for EU/UK customers).
Nothing in this policy limits any refund right you may have that cannot be waived under the mandatory consumer law of your country. Where a refund is required by law, or granted at our discretion, it is issued to your original payment method via Stripe, and your access to the Course ends once the refund is made.
6. License & acceptable use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course for your own learning and to build your own projects. You agree not to:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute the Course content or your login;
- Copy, reproduce, or republish the materials (in whole or in part) outside your personal use;
- Use the Course to create a competing course or to train a model on our materials;
- Circumvent access controls or use the Course unlawfully.
You own the businesses, websites, and work you create using what you learn — the license restriction is about our course materials, not your output.
7. Intellectual property
All Course content — text, structure, prompts, templates, videos, and branding — is owned by Build With AI and protected by intellectual-property laws. Buying the Course gives you a license to use it (Section 6); it does not transfer ownership.
8. No results or income guarantee
The Course is education, not a promise of income. The results, revenue figures, and examples we share are our own and are not typical or guaranteed. What you achieve depends on your effort, skills, market, timing, and many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that you will earn money, build a successful business, or achieve any particular result. Nothing here is financial, legal, or tax advice.
9. Limitation of liability
The Course is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Build With AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Course. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Course is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Course at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms (for example, by sharing your login or the content). If we terminate for a breach, you won’t be entitled to a refund.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction — unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date, and material changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the Course after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
